Tibetan practice for the rejuvenation and longevity of the body. The session comprises 5 exercises of the Tibetan lamas combined with different Hatha yoga asanas rejuvenating the body. The session is closed with deep relaxation accompanied by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and gong.
