At our session we will dig deep inside of ourselves for a few hours, by choosing our own colours and creating mandalas from colourful sand. After this we will not destroy our mandalas, on the contrary – we will create mandalas (paintings) and we will take them home and remember for a long time how nice it felt to make it.
Capoeira is a traditional Brazilian martial art that combines fight and dance elements, acrobatics and music. At the workshops, we’ll exercise, learn the foundations of Capoeira, and try it in pairs. We will learn Capoeira music (in Portuguese).

Contact Improvisation is a dance form born from following your inner movement and developing it with the consent of another dancer. While you are allowing yourself to follow the changing point of contact, you create a unique dance that can never be repeated. This is a form of self-expression and communication that is not limited with choreography or other rules. While we are naturally and organically exploring the movement, we directly, from within, get an understanding of how our body works.
Contemporary dance: Connection with the ground.
It’s a workshop where we will go deeply into grounded movement, understand it’s technique, move with four limbs, also we will search for different points of support by using nature environment around and each other’s body.
This year the Esoteric team will delight you with their three activities – Ayurvedic Massage Workshops, Transformation of Sexual Energy according to TAO, and female internal power yoga. During the workshops, masters will introduce you with the transformations of sexual energy, all sorts of tension relieving states, and deeper self-knowledge techniques.
With the help of fun, dynamic games, yoga poses and partner yoga, we will encourage mutual cooperation, trust in our and our partner’s strength, attentiveness, agility and flexibility. We will learn some breathing and relaxation exercises and we will finish our gathering with visual meditation.

Natural soap making
During the session, you will learn how to make your own soap, create its recipe, reward it with magic scents, paint it with natural colours and pack it like a gift. You will create your own unique soap or just surprise your loved one with a fragrant surprise! During the session, each participant will make 80 grams of soap.
