Yaga Gathering is a community built on care, consent, freedom, respect, and shared responsibility. How each of us acts shapes the experience for everyone.
This Code of Conduct applies to everyone: visitors, artists, crew, volunteers, traders, media, guests, and partners. By entering Yaga Gathering, you agree to keep it safe, welcoming, and respectful.
We take care of ourselves and those around us. We notice how our behaviour affects others. We ask for help when we need it and we offer help when it is needed. We respect the guidance of Yaga staff, volunteers, medical crew, security, and support teams.
We do not always have to have all the answers before we speak up. If something feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or unclear, we contact Yaga staff, Be Safe Lab, medical crew, volunteers, or security.
Enthusiastic yes only.
Consent means a clear, freely given, and ongoing yes. Silence is not consent. Hesitation is not consent. Ambiguity is not consent. If it is not a clear yes, we treat it as a no.
Consent can be withdrawn at any moment. A yes to one thing is not a yes to everything. This applies to touch, intimacy, dancing closely, entering someone’s personal space, photography, filming, and any other interaction.
We ask before coming close, listen to the answer and respect it immediately. If something feels off, we contact staff, Be Safe Lab, medical crew, volunteers, or security.
All genders, identities, bodies, backgrounds, and ways of being are welcome at Yaga. We come as we are and let others do the same.
We treat others with dignity. This means respecting personal space, names, pronouns, bodies, choices, differences, and boundaries.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, violence, and abuse have no place here. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, xenophobia, body-shaming, hate speech, unwanted attention or contact, aggressive behaviour, or humiliating jokes or comments.
Yaga is a place for expression, play, exploration, and transformation. That freedom only works when it is handled with care.
We do not take advantage of someone who is intoxicated, overwhelmed, lost, confused, asleep, afraid, or otherwise vulnerable.
We do not pressure anyone to consume alcohol or any other psychoactive substances and we do not give anyone anything without their clear knowledge and consent.
If someone nearby seems unwell, unsafe, or lost, we do not ignore it. We stay close if it is safe to do so and contact the staff, Be Safe Lab, medical crew, volunteers, or security.
What is lost is not ours to keep; it should be returned to the person who lost it.
People in visible or responsible roles at Yaga have an extra duty of care. This includes crew, volunteers, security, artists, DJs, performers, workshop leaders, facilitators, traders, healers, media, and anyone representing Yaga.
We do not use status, access, backstage privileges, workshop settings, professional roles, or social influence to pressure or exploit others.
Access, favours, opportunities, substances, support, work, or participation must never be exchanged for intimacy, attention, or silence.
We dance freely, but stay aware of the bodies and boundaries around us.
We give people room to move, rest, express themselves, and leave. We ask before joining someone’s dance closely.
The dance floor is not a hunting ground. We let people be strange, joyful, quiet, emotional, wild, alone, or connected on their own terms.
A good campsite is not a fortress or a private stage. It is part of the shared village.
This means we are being aware of the situation, noise, lights, ropes, fences, and movements that affect those around us. We respect our neighbours’ rest, space, belongings, and different rhythms. Not everyone wants to sleep, party, or recover at the same time.
We help keep the campsite trustworthy, we pay attention to what is happening around neighbouring tents.
Misunderstandings can happen. When it is safe and appropriate, we speak clearly and respectfully. We listen if someone tells us that our behaviour affected them. We step back, apologise and change our behaviour where needed.
No one is required to confront someone who made them feel unsafe. If a situation involves harassment, discrimination, sexual behaviour, intoxication, aggression, or any safety concern, we involve the Yaga team instead of trying to resolve it alone.
Retaliation against someone for setting a boundary, asking for help, or making a report is not tolerated here.
If you experience, witness, or suspect behaviour that goes against this Code of Conduct, please contact Yaga staff, volunteers, security, medical crew, Be Safe Lab, Info Point, a stage or bar manager, or another team member.
You do not need to investigate. You do not need to prove anything. You do not need to be certain. Tell the Yaga team what you know, and they will take it from there.
Reports may be made by the person affected or by someone who witnessed or became aware of the situation. Every report will be taken seriously. Privacy will be respected as much as possible.
If someone acts against this Code, the Yaga team may step in.
Depending on the situation, this might include a conversation, a warning, removal from a space or role, removal from the event without a refund, a ban from future Yaga events, or involving medical, security, or public authorities if necessary.
The response will focus on care, safety, proportionality, and the well-being of the community.
This Code of Conduct covers behaviour, consent, dignity, care, and community safety.
The Event Rules cover practical site rules, including entry, wristbands, fire safety, camping, vehicles, sound, waste, water protection, prohibited items, and other operational matters.
By entering Yaga, you agree to follow both the Code of Conduct and the Event Rules.
The festival site is located just 60km south of Vilnius next to a lake and a small river. The site is surrounded by wonderful Dzukijas woods and is also gifted by a water source nearby where everyone can fill their bottles with clean and fresh spring water.

The FULL PASS price includes a Yaga 2026 membership fee. The annual membership fee is part of Yaga’s funding. Yaga is more than just an entertainment event – it is a cultural phenomenon. A large part of the event’s budget is used to implement various artistic expressions and cultural activities at the festival. The principle of membership and ticket funding helps to optimize costs and implement more diverse projects without taking into account their commercial benefits.
Only self-contained RVs/motorhomes are allowed in the camper area. Your vehicle must meet all of the following criteria:
Vans that do not meet these requirements will not be allowed in the camper area — even with a valid Camper Pass — and will be directed to the main parking. Our team will assess compliance on-site.
If you purchased electricity for your camper:
Download your ticket and camper pass in advance and brighten your screen — signal is weak on-site.
Your first stop is the main ticket office, as described in the How to Get There guide.
There, you’ll receive your wristbands and a Camper Pass with a QR code, directing you to the appropriate entry. Security will guide you from there.
If you’re towing a trailer:
Your towing vehicle will be issued a Main Parking Pass and a Setup Pass (free of charge).
You may enter the camper area briefly to drop off the trailer, then must move the vehicle to main parking.
After the event, the Setup Pass will allow re-entry to collect the trailer.
A natural drinking water spring is available in the gathering area — bring a container and top up there.
Bring your own rubbish bags and take your waste to designated trash points during the event and before you leave.
There are no waste disposal facilities in the forest. Please empty your toilet cassette and grey water before arriving and after the event in the nearest town.
Help keep the forest clean — we rely on your care and responsibility.
Get to Yaga Gathering location by bus, by train, by car, hich-hiking or carpool.

The main parking area will be open and secured from Thursday, 16 July at 12:00 until Monday, 20 July at 12:00.
Parking at the festival site or anywhere in the forest is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine issued by the forest ranger.
A parking transfer will operate between the parking area and the festival site, carrying you and your luggage.
Outside transfer hours, you’ll need to walk about 2 km (approx. 20 minutes). We recommend arriving early to skip the queues.

Visit some fascinating places around Lithuania before or after the gathering.
Citizens of EU countries and most other European countries do not need a visa to enter Lithuania. Citizens of other countries need to check the border crossing requirements.

The site is gifted with a spring where everyone can fill their bottles with clean and fresh water.
During the gathering, forest restaurants and chai shops will be cooking fresh Worlds foods, and serving refreshments, teas, and coffees.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to bring into the gathering or parking territory. There will be a few bars around the event.
Non-alcoholic beverages or foods will only be allowed in plastic/paper/metal tare. All sorts of glass items are forbidden at the gathering and parking sites.
A safe, playful space for children is available throughout the festival — open Thursday to Sunday.
Led by an experienced tutor, forest kindergarten mentor, and workshop facilitator, the Kids Space is designed for children to play, explore, and be themselves. Expect creative activities, curious minds, and a warm atmosphere where little ones can make new friends and genuinely have fun. Check the programme for the full activity schedule.
The first aid team will be working at the festival area at all times. Upon arrival locate them on the map and head there for help if needed. If you see or suspect somebody is not feeling well, feel free to contact any members of staff, volunteers, or security and they will get in touch with the first aid team.
First of all, be safe, stay hydrated and look after your friends and people at the festival in general. Things sometimes get out of hand and people may need professional help or advice. The service will be provided by Be Safe Lab. Upon arrival locate them on the map and head there for help or advice. If you see or suspect somebody is not feeling well, feel free to contact any members of staff, volunteers, or security and they will get in touch with the Be Safe Lab dedicated team.
STRICTLY NO FIRE IN THE FOREST!!!
Save the forest, don’t make a fire! There are no camping fires allowed in the forest (no torches, grills, camping cookers, or any other fire lamps) You will find official fireplaces on the map of the festival. Every stage, shop, and bar is equipped with fire extinguishers – use them when needed. If you noticed fire anywhere inform security of member of staff immediately.
There will be a guarded lake beach at the festival. Beach guard working hours 12:00 – 20:00.
Bio-toilets are available across the site and are regularly cleaned and stocked with toilet paper throughout the event. Please use them — it helps keep the forest clean and everyone happy. That said, it’s always a good idea to keep a little extra paper in your pocket, just in case.
Hot showers are also available on-site. Please use only eco-friendly soaps and shampoos to protect the surrounding nature.
The use of any soaps or shampoos in the lake or river is forbidden.
Toilet, shower & beach locations can be found on the site map.
Bank cards will be accepted at ticket gates, bars, showers, and info point. Cash will still be accepted as a tip by the bartenders, also restaurants and shops. No ATM will be operating at the site. Take care of cash prior to arrival.
A limited number of lockers are available to rent at the Info Point.
Paid charging stations are available at the Info Point. We recommend bringing a power bank as a backup — the stations may be busy during peak hours.
Everyone who pays taxes in Lithuania can donate 1.2% of his/her income tax to a non-profit organization – this is what the Lithuanian Law of Charity allows to do. It will not cost you anything. It will take you only several minutes and it will greatly contribute to the festival you feel connected to.
