Beneath the forest floor, mycelium connects entire ecosystems through an invisible, intelligent network. What if the human body works in a similar way? Fascia is the body’s internal web – a living system that connects muscles, bones, organs, breath, and emotional patterns into one unified network.
Modern life often disconnects us from this system, as stress and unprocessed experiences become stored in the body, shaping the way we move, breathe, and feel. This is an invitation to reconnect. Arnoldas Bosas is a former professional ice hockey player and certified Fascial Maneuvers practitioner, working with the body through fascia, breath, and nervous system regulation.
Through slow, conscious movement combined with breath, participants will gently release tension, unwind patterns, and restore natural flow in the body. The session explores the body as a pressure system, working with three core zones and using breath as a tool for awareness and release.
This is a practice of sensing, softening, and allowing the body to reorganise from within. Participants may experience physical release, emotional shifts, and a deeper connection to their inner state and the shared field around them. No prior experience is needed, just comfortable clothing and a willingness to feel.
