Nathan Dawidowicz (hybrid-live)
Nathan Dawidowicz (They/Them)
Nathan Dawidowicz's path has been one of contrast and exploration. Born to a Polish-Lithuanian mother and a Cameroonian father, they moved from Milan to Jerusalem at the age of six, growing up in an ultra-Orthodox Jewish community. While pursuing an academic path in design, music remained a constant companion, deeply rooted in childhood experiences playing the piano within religious ceremonies.
Though design became their formal study, it was music that provided a way to navigate life. Inspired by their father’s time as a DJ in Milan throughout the '80s and '90s, Nathan’s relationship with sound evolved, eventually leading them to Berlin, where they continued to explore expression through music—developing their voice both as a producer and a DJ known for their fluid, cross-genre approach.
In Berlin, they joined forces with Luspoderosa, a label based between Zurich and Berlin, known for its unconventional approach. This collaboration became the foundation for Nathan’s debut solo LP, Sanctuary of Ideas—a deeply personal, cosmic exploration of memory, heritage, and the emotional landscapes of sound.
It was when Calm and David Holmes started playing “Capricorn Rising Over Jerusalemite Temple” from that album that Hell Yeah founder Marco Gallerani was encouraged to reach out to Nathan. A few months later, their conversations turned toward releasing Nathan’s latest full-length LP, “FLUFF"".
Accompanying the release is a live tour meticulously built from the ground up around analog, modular, and percussive instruments. It unfolds as a continuous psychedelic set that delves into polyrhythmic structures, weaving together influences from electro, techno, dub, disco, cosmic, ambient, and kraut, alongside album references, improvisations, and new compositions—exploring morphic soundscapes and processes of change, growth, renewal, and constant movement through sound.

Caldera
Since 2012, Malte Schumann, aka Caldera, has been producing and perfecting his own brand of percussive, bass- and dub-tinged contemporary techno. His highly refined sound converges in the liminal space between the synthetic and the organic; a delicate balance between two distinctly contrasting forces that generates an immersive, psychedelic ecosystem of sound. Caldera’s interest in complex instrumentation, layered textures, and experimental rhythmic frameworks gives a fresh edge and new depth to dance music. Alongside these rhythmic explorations is his clear attention to detail and dedication to sculpting each individual sound.
In recent years, Caldera has released on labels including Berlin’s Nummer Music, Marseille’s Melifera Records, London’s Space Lab and Well Street Records, Bristol-based Pressure Dome, and Chicago’s Kimochi Sound, across multiple monikers including Loop LF.
Caldera’s approach to DJing echoes the same care and consideration as his productions. His sets connect heads-down techno with left-of-centre percussive selections, and hypnotic slow-burn dub and club energy.
Between his detail oriented and narrative driven mentality his sets move fluidly between tempos, moods and genres with ease. Whether behind the decks or in the studio, Caldera continues to refine his vision of forward-thinking rhythm focused music making, building a cohesive world of sound that is unmistakably his own.
