OPENING PERFORMANCE: Rut. Low bark. Death. by Barbora Groblytė and Beatričė Šaltenytė
This performance explores themes of human relationships and love. The piece reflects on what lies beneath tenderness and gentleness in love, and on how the need for connection and intimacy manifests itself through innate animality, distance, and hidden experiences.
----Eyes are lustful. Bloated eyelashes flutter quietly. The body’s soupy, cosy foam. Tear it apart, knead it with a dried umbilical cord. A fallen belly kisses. Slap with the tongue, bite, argue, strip naked. It will tear, strike, or shatter. The giggling maniac will choke. Feed her with a sweaty palate. Tickle her groin, lie beside her armpit. All the vomit from the heart. Slugs from the heart. While making love, she will hide, then she will stink. Rut, bark dully, decay.----
The performance contains nudity.
Ancestors’ Drones by Elena Laurinavičiūtė
My creative practice is grounded in ceramics and expands into the fields of sound and performance. I consider clay the core of my creative process – a living, changing material through which I explore the connections between the visible and the audible, the material and the ephemeral worlds. Natural elements—air, water, earth—often intertwine in my work, revealing the thin boundary between the tangible and the intangible, the body and space. The pieces integrate both natural and technological elements, creating a meditative, space-filling sound experience.
Unknown Mushrooms by Andrej Polukord
Common finds in the forest include familiar mushrooms. There are also many unknown species of mushrooms nearby. We’ll collect both types in the local forest. Once we’ve collected them, we’ll use the sorting method to separate the familiar specimens from the unknown ones.
ORYGENT by Dovydas Laurinaitis
ORYGENT invites the researchers from the Mycelium Institute to the /T5 presentation. Learn to attune with the mycelium network below the forest floor and the memories it has digested through a newly developed movement technology.
Threads of Memory by Missplastica x Mantas Varnas
A performative ritual inviting participants to explore what is passed down through generations—memory, embodied stories, pain, shame, and connection. This is not a performance to watch, but an open collective experience where sound, movement, improvisation, and ritual become altar type portal for transformation.
The experience unfolds in three stages:
18:00–19:00 — Physical and mental preparation, energetic grounding, and attunement to the space.
19:00–20:00 — An improvised performative ritual exploring our relationship with transgenerational heritage and collective memory.
20:00–21:00 — Ecstatic dance followed by a gradual process of integration and gentle return.
