Auguste is a transformational life coach and group facilitator based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Her work centers on identity-level change: less about solving problems, more about who the person becomes in the process.
She works one-on-one with clients deepening their relationship to themselves, to others, and to the world, and facilitates group circles rooted in embodiment, presence, and honest reflection. For “Write Yourself Reborn,” she brings participants into a guided writing ritual that uses time – and its limits – as a doorway to clarity.
Through a sequence of prompts, participants will write their way through a confrontation with mortality and meaning, using the page to strip away what doesn’t matter and name what does. The session moves between solitary writing and shared reflection in pairs or small groups. This is a hands-on writing practice, so participants are asked to bring their own pen and notebook. No prior writing experience is required – only a willingness to be honest.
Expect discomfort before clarity. The ritual closes with a deliberate return to the present, so participants leave grounded, not raw. This is writing as a tool for re-entry: into time, into the body, into one’s own life.
