Remo Manfredini is a legendary jockey, but his self-destructive behaviour begins to overshadow his talent and ruin his relationship with his beloved girlfriend Abril. As the most important race of his career approaches – one that could free him from his debts to mafia boss Sirena – Remo suffers a severe head injury, disappears from the hospital, and wanders the streets of Buenos Aires. Having lost his identity, he slowly rediscovers himself. But Sirena is determined to find him, dead or alive.
