FAKTURA

FAKTURA is a Lithuanian artist and designer collective creating site-specific installations at the intersection of art, architecture, and spatial design. Their work explores the relationship between people, light, materials, and natural environments through immersive, temporary structures.
At Yaga Gathering, FAKTURA presents Hyphae- a series of illuminated tensile sculptures inspired by fungal hyphae, the microscopic filaments that form mycelium. Hidden beneath the forest floor, these living networks connect trees, transport nutrients, and support entire ecosystems. The installation translates this invisible intelligence into a network of light objects that invite visitors to gather, pause, and experience the forest from a new perspective.
Part of the installation will be built on site together with Yaga volunteers, making the construction process itself an act of collaboration that reflects the interconnected nature of hyphal networks. No special preparation is needed.
