Eglė Naujokaitytė, known by the stage name Mux, is a DJ, singer, radio host, and, above all, an enthusiast of unusual and nonconformist music. She has participated in numerous musical projects across different parts of the world, with releases on labels including Bordello A Parigi (NL), À La Carte Records (USA), Industrial Coast (UK), and Elektropalast (DE). She has also presented her work in the fields of contemporary and sound art in Lithuania, including at ŠMC Vilnius and Malonioji 6.
Currently, she is one half of the minimal electronics/synth duo Gris Futuro. As a DJ and selector, Mux is known for her eclectic sets, ranging from esoteric “Fourth World” explorations to dancefloor-oriented selections that blend psychedelia, synthesizers, shadowy atmospheres, and machine-driven rhythms—where darkness sounds light and light sounds dark; call it industrial funk.
Eglė has performed at festivals and clubs across Lithuania (DT Camp, Yaga), Mexico (Japan, Yu Yu), and Europe (://about blank, Paloma, Griessmuehle). She has also produced radio shows for LRT Opus (Magiška muzika), Berlin’s Cashmere Radio (The Hidden Reverse, Casa del Obrero Mundial), Lyon’s LYL Radio (Canary Girl Island), and Radio Vilnius (Musings & Drummings, Greyscale).
She is currently recording a new EP with Gris Futuro while touring across Europe.
