Open roles
Social Media Manager / Copywriter
You would plan and execute Yaga’s social media presence, with Instagram as the main platform, supported by Facebook and other channels when needed. The role includes creating social media plans based on the communication strategy, writing posts in English using the provided tone of voice and guidelines, with copy adapted across formats, including Meta ads.
You should be able to write authentic social media copy and understand platform context, not relying only on AI tools.
You would brief design and video teams. A basic understanding of visual principles for content creation is required. You should be comfortable working with tools such as Figma, ChatGPT, and MailerLite. Part of the role includes adapting copy for MailerLite newsletters using prepared templates. Daily work involves close collaboration with the Yaga Marketing Manager and Yaga coordinators to align messaging, timing, and priorities.
This is a dynamic role with a fast pace during the peak season. At the same time, we aim to plan most tasks upfront and work in a structured way.

Influencer Manager
You would manage micro-influencer collaborations end to end: selecting creators, planning activations, overseeing execution, and monitoring and reporting results. This also includes selected creators and artists from the Yaga community. Work is guided by audience insights and the communication plan, with a main focus on Lithuanian creators and selected international profiles (Latvia and other selected countries).
The role includes outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring that deliverables align with timelines and expectations. You would work closely with the Yaga Marketing Manager and Yaga Social Media Manager to integrate influencer activity into the broader campaign flow.

PR Specialist / Copywriter
You would write press releases and interviews in Lithuanian and occasionally in English, following the communication plan and provided writing guidelines. The role involves shaping clear, structured narratives for media, distributing press releases to media outlets, collaborating with Yaga coordinators, and working directly with artists and creators when preparing interviews or quotes. You would work closely with the Yaga Marketing Manager.
Experience with event-related or cultural project writing is preferred. We also welcome copywriters whose primary focus is not PR, but who have strong PR copywriting skills.

Email Marketing Strategist
You would plan and structure Yaga’s email communication across the season, working with existing MailerLite templates and the overall communication plan. The role includes defining email flows, timing, and priorities, as well as adapting and editing main copy and CTAs for different campaign moments.
You would collaborate closely with the Yaga Marketing Manager and the Yaga Social Media team to ensure consistency across channels. Experience with MailerLite or similar email platforms is expected, along with a clear understanding of audience segmentation and campaign rhythm.

Marketing Intern
This role is aimed at career switchers and juniors, with students also welcome. You would support the Yaga Marketing Team in daily tasks and real processes, including content execution, coordination, research, and operational support. You should be comfortable working with AI tools. You would work closely with the Yaga Marketing Manager and collaborate with other Yaga teams.
This is not a theoretical role. It is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on learning by doing. Expect real responsibility, active teamwork, and an intense but rewarding experience. This role also includes time on site during event dates. Internship hours are flexible and agreed individually.
