Authentic relating circle workshops
Autentiško ryšio labaratorija
The authentic relating workshop includes games and practices, created to develop skills like organic curiosity and empathy, needed to build a deep, meaningful interpersonal connection. We provide participants with a safe space where conversations are turned into a conscious activity with clear rules, structure, and defined boundaries – it allows us to establish close relations, develop long-term communication competencies. This workshop deepens the connection with yourself and others, develops compassion, acceptance, and deep-listening skills. It will help you to become more grounded, come back to your body and senses. Practices are based on principles of Inner Family System, Nonviolent Communication, Compassionate Exercises, and Authentic Relating Games.
Traditions are part of us, and we are part of nature. With much pleasure and excitement, we present you the concept of the upcoming workshop:
Before the sun has set, we will all gather around a fire to find natural cannabis bread dough already waiting for us. With plenty of energy and positive thoughts, we all will make this experience exceptional.
The dough is prepared using only the highest quality eco-wheat flour with twice the less gluten to give a memorable experience for all seeking. The wheat is grown according to the traditions of our elders from one of the most historically significant ethnographic regions of Lithuania – Žemaitija (eng. Samogitia). Transforming from small grains to golden plants over months, wheat grows here in Samogitia and becomes flour in the local eco-farm mill.
The dough is flavoured with organic cannabis seeds, cannabis oil, cannabis salt and crushed cannabis plant, demonstrating the uniqueness and versatility of this nature’s gift. The bread takes the soft green colour for these components that you will not mistake with anything else.
All nature-loving souls gathered around the fire will listen to the short briefing on how they would bake the cannabis bread and what kind of wooden stick they need to find for this unique ritual. Participants are encouraged not to hurt nature and break trees but together share existing resources. The organizers will be giving out the wooden sticks prepared in advance to all workshop participants. One baking session takes about 2 minutes.
During the baking process, participants are told about the cannabis plant and its cultivation. While they are shown the plant itself, experts will talk about the plant’s extraction and components. All participants will be given seeds to taste and natural cannabis oil to get one step closer to nature and its great riches. Everyone will hear quiet meditative music in the background at the time to fully immerse themselves in this unique adventure.
All participants are invited to share their impressions and ideas openly. Thoughts expressed aloud are always destined to come true.

Solid nature friendly shampoo
Today, supermarket shelves are overfilled with a wide variety of shampoos, but are they really that good? And choosing a really good one can be sometimes really challenging. Many shampoos are a mix of chemicals and even the most expensive can turn out to be a harmful. After all, it is not that difficult to make shampoo yourself, the quality of which will surpass those from the supermarket. Most importantly, self-made shampoo will consist only of natural ingredients. Many can remember that in the past the hair was washed with nettle decoction, egg yolk or other natural means. And the hair was much healthier and stronger than it is now. And we used to wash it much less often than we do nowadays. So we invite you to learn how to make a natural solid shampoo bar without synthetic additives which doesn’t require a plastic packaging. The shampoo and conditioner created by your hands will be completely environmentally friendly, will not pollute nature and will be comfortable to use on the trip because we will put it into a linen bag.
