Most of people in everyday life use language of jackalls: evaluations, labels, punishments or awards in other words making other people behave the way we want using manipulation or position power. Here we learn to speak the language of heart which allows to create harmony in relationships (with others and yourself). We learn to observe (not evaluate); feel and sense; identify our needs (not strategies) and make a request (never a demand). Viewpoints is an improvisational technique of movement originated by an American choreographer Mary Overlie and later adapted to theatre by Anne Bogart, Tina Landau, and SITI Company.
This technique pays a lot of attention to the state of flow – in creation, whatever it is, it requires the ability to connect with it, to listen to oneself, another, space.
Participants in the general group are slowly introduced to the simple instructions, which they later run and can return to; observing for themselves how they create group consciousness here and now and practice it.
This technique is available to anyone in any profession who wants to discover a creative impulse and have listening instructions for possible connection to the state of flow. Therefore, purposefully, through the senses of the body, one moves towards the conscious attention-energy management ability, and the experience of the body as a listening instrument in the group.

I have been with yoga and yoga has been with me for the past 10 years of my life. When I was younger, I found myself having no patience for yoga, I was more hardcore with my physical disciplines, I come from hardcore sport environment. However after my 1st vipassana meditation in Malaysia that happened 10 years ago, I have started to feel and understand yoga differently. That is when my beautiful Yoga Journey began and I did not aim to teach yoga, it just happened because existance decided so :). As a teacher, I aim to bring unique sense of empowerment to each of my practices and to every individual attending my classes/workshops. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and assana practice throughout the class, my goal is to have my students leave each class refreshed and renewed. I teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning, by allowing the students to experience limitlessness of their mind via physical endurance in performance of assanas. My classes are challenging for the mind and body at Yaga 2021 I will teach Vinyasa Flow. Apart from Yoga I have practiced and taught different meditation techniques and we will implement meditation in our practice.
