“Industriae Arcanissimum” by Onegin
An audiovisual theater performance, touching the ideas of the soul and ritual in a post-singularity age – where man and machine exist and evolve as one, each becoming more and more like the other and gaining transcendental properties along the way. The performance will consist of synesthetic visuals – movies, generated by sound manipulation tools, a narrative written in the form of poetry, detailing the inner thoughts of a person, reflecting on his soul meshing with computer space and harsh digitally tinged industrial electronic music. The length of the piece will be around 2 hours, performed by Karolis Lasys

“Schizoid toys” by @braila
Toys are not necessarily for playing games. They hold a potential to become ritualistic means of inducing altered states of consciousness through chaotic arrangements of sound. Circuit bending specialist and DIY enthusiast @braila had developed a unique style of playing music by modifying the inner circuitry of various toys. Here he will present a one of a kind art performance where innocent and colourful goods will create unexpected sound landscapes. The performance will be held twice. Come to the tent to know the details.
“Liquid light workshop” by Korin
Liquid light shows celebrate the psychedelic art form of the 1960s. The style and content of each show is unique but the object of most is to create a tapestry of visual amplification elements that are seamlessly interwoven, in a constant state of flux and above all, reflecting emotion in visual terms. Using old school projection instruments and innovative techniques, you will hand-animate painted slides, liquids, reflective materials and other things to create a hypnotic live tapestry of color and pattern.
“Antipapal guidance” by Zan Hoffman
The development of Lithuanian consciousness has been ongoing for millennia. Various forces interrupted and advanced this development and in the 21st Century bonding around music cultures has reached some critical mass at Festivals. Outsiders, such as myself, are a vital catalyst in helping Lithuanians grasp their place between the micro and macro cultures. With the powers bestowed upon me by Robert Anton Wilson as antipope I come in non-denominational peace to both amuse and assist Lithuanians in their journey through inner and outer space. There will be three time-constrained ceremonies / workshops: Octarine Mass Ritual at midnight; Speaking in Tongues Workshop; Radio voice workshop – a seminar on extremely stupid sound you can make with your voice.
“Collective mantra book writing” by Gytis Dovydaitis
As the bible says, “In the beginning, there was a word”. Words have a special power of penetrating the consciousness and manifesting realities both in our actions, and in others. Furthermore, words are able to objectify ungraspable, immaterial things, such as emotions, futures, systems, etc. By saying a word, we are already conducting an incredibly complex process of synthesising and crystallising the immateriality of our thoughts into something tangible. This way we put our thoughts into world, where they can start living the life of their own in other people. Every word impacts our being to some extent. However, some words have a special power to impact our being in the deepest sense. Mantra is a collection of words allowing us to reach the Divine, wherever it is. Interestingly enough, different words have different powers. We all have our own remedies to deal with unexpectedness of life, and we all have our own unique ways to approach the Divine. By participating in the pavilion, you will get to both share your magic words with others, and experiment with their words on your own consciousness. There will be a book into which every messiah will get to write what they hear from the cosmos. Later these holy pages written by you will become a printable book to share and learn from. Let’s see what the hive mind of Yaga will be able to come up with.
The visitors will be able to participate in entertaining themselves with various forms of static information: text, video, sound and movement. In case of text, visitors will be presented with a variety of literature selected according to the following and similar keywords: spirituality, enlightenment, meditation, yoga, occult, magic, technomagic, gnosticism, hermeticism, comparative mythology, conspiracy, psychoanalysis, accelerationism. In case of video, 2 laptop screens inside the pavilion will feature YouTube playlists exploring virtuality and the otherworldly, the immanent and the transcendental. In case of sound, one laptop will allow to choose from short audio meditation sessions specially designed for this pavilion by professional yoga teacher Rūta Petrauskaitė. In case of movement, several posters at the pavilion entrances will feature a library of various movements / yoga asanas that will allow visitors to experiment with their body’s flexibility, balance, and nonverbal communication, prepared by professional yoga teacher Rūta Petrauskaitė.
Circuit bending: toys for playing music
Toys hold a deep potential: they can be used not only for playing simple games, but also for creating unpredictable sound landscapes. However, a certain knowledge is needed to know how to modify them in order to turn them into music instruments. Here the visitors will get to explore the abrupt potentials of circuit bending by modifying random children’s toys, and turning them into surreal music instruments.
Mining the reality through multisensory communication
Various objects within the pavilion (books, circuit bending tools, diagrams, porridges, various meditative musical instruments, etc.) will turn into complex interfaces allowing us to reach unexpected depths of reality. Visitors of the pavilion will be invited to engage in therapeutic face-to-face sessions / communication-experiments where new forms of speaking will be found: vocal, plastic, olfactory, sonic, and who knows what else.
Collective diagrams of being / becoming
Here we will try to see what the hivemind of Yaga has to say about the nature of reality in a very fun and accessible way. Just come and draw! The pavilion will have large sheets of paper prepared on which people will be invited to draw diagrams defining their “here and now” throughout the day and night. Later these drawings will be exhibited as a collective art and research exhibition. It’s both a study and a stimulating experiment where we will be able to learn from each other and enrich our understanding of what does it mean to be human.
