Sonia Tolok is a psychotherapist, artist, and trauma educator whose work bridges creative expression, embodied healing, and deep psychological insight.
With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups, she specializes in working with relational trauma, emotional resilience, and nervous system awareness. Her approach is rooted in existential and psychodynamic traditions, with a strong emphasis on self-trust, boundary repair, and reclaiming internal authority.
She works with care, clarity, and a deep understanding of the complexities many women carry – especially those shaped by experiences of coercion, emotional control, or domestic violence.
At Yaga Gathering 2025, Sonia will guide “Your No is Sacred,” a two-day workshop designed for women ready to reconnect with their voice, reestablish emotional boundaries, and gently process how power can be misused in relationships – without shame, pressure, or self-blame.
Participants will explore embodied self-worth, red and orange flag dynamics, and practical tools for emotional and digital safety – including recognizing emotional manipulation, covert control and phone-based spyware or tracking.
This is not a therapy session, but a supportive, non-clinical space for reflection, education, and inner alignment.
Group sharing is optional and the pace is always yours. Sonia holds the space with fierce gentleness, inviting women to step into their clarity – without apology, without shrinking.
Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself.
