Refusenik is the alias of Lithuanian composer Artūras Bumšteinas, used for his electronic work with tape machines, synthesizers, and obsolete audio gear. Since 2012, he has presented projects across Europe that explore systems, repetition, and failure. At Yaga, he collaborates with pianist and sound artist Gailė Griciūtė, known for her installations and improvisations that blur composition and environment.
