An encounter unfolds in the woods—improvised, layered, and entirely unrepeatable. Movement, sound, and speculation blur into something that feels ancient and futuristic at once.
Magnetinė Dainava is the collaborative framework through which Džiugas Bražiūnas and Lukas Klimkevičius stage immersive, site-specific performances. Working at the intersection of theatre, sound art, and ritual, they use folklore, absurdity, and intuition to create performances that defy classification. Their practice is rooted in Dzūkija and often unfolds in non-traditional spaces such as forests, courtyards, and city alleys.
