Kids Yoga Adventure

Children will explore yoga in a fun and engaging way using illustrated cards featuring different animals and objects. Together, we will imitate the poses shown on the cards—like stretching like a cat or standing tall like a tree—helping kids improve balance, flexibility, and focus. This playful approach to yoga also encourages imagination and body awareness.
