“Lift Your Glutes” may seem like a catchy slogan or an intriguing invitation, but it is, in essence, an interactive and engaging activity designed to promote physical exercise. This workshop promises not only a good dose of laughter but also a significant boost in motivation. Participants will be introduced to unique strength-building exercises aimed at muscle enhancement within a supportive community setting, among other benefits. The creation of this game was inspired by the observation that many individuals spend extensive periods seated due to work commitments, leading to decreased physical activity. To counter this trend and inspire movement in a joyful manner, the organizers have developed “Lift Your Glutes,” incorporating motivating cards to enhance the experience.
