This movement workshop invites participants to reconnect with their bodies, each other, and the natural world.
Drawing from somatic movement, breath work, and nature-based practices, you are guided through a grounding experience that begins with solo exploration and gradually moves into interactive playful partnering connection.
Ending in a quiet reflection and sharing circle. Participants are encouraged to move barefoot to deepen their sensory connection with the forest floor. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring water. No prior movement experience is necessary – just an open mind and a little wiggle.
