Body Freeflow: Pre-Party Movement Boost

“Dare to move on the dance floor”
“I don’t know how to dance to such fast music,” is something I often hear from friends and strangers alike. To move freely regardless of the tempo and rhythm of the music, it’s important to let go of the thought that someone is watching you. Therefore, I invite you to dare to move on the dance floor.
The goal of this activity is to get acquainted with groove and discover it within yourself. Groove is one of the three whales that provide a solid foundation for dance movements. Simply put, it is a natural way of moving the body when it hears music. Everyone will have the opportunity to discover their authentic groove. From groove, we will move on to footwork, combining one with the other. Finally, these techniques will come together into a seamless movement, which we will have the opportunity to try out and continue on the dance floor.
